And the secrets of its inhabitants-where they live, what time they like to eat, how to tempt their appetite and what trench they like to sleep in. "I operate one of a few full time charter boats out of Sodus Bay on Lake Ontario, New York. This allows me to dedicate all of my time and resources to providing a successful, enjoyable and memorable trip."
